Nothing says summer like an outdoor bazaar with live music, artisan stalls and an amazing community coming out in full force. Located at Grove Street PATH Plaza, Groove on Grove + The Artist & Maker Market have joined forces just in time for the warm weather to create a global event, sponsored by the Historic Downtown Special Improvement District (HDSID). Starting this month, you’ll be able to shop unique, handcrafted pieces from over 100 rotating vendors every Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday through September. Groove on Grove – Local music
Groove on grove is a free weekly music series that brings “local music” to the square, runs during the summer and features a wide variety of musicians + performers. This family event brings the community together to celebrate Jersey City and its musical diversity, featuring performers from opera to rocknroll. the Groove on grove the concert series returned on Wednesday, May 4 with a stellar lineup featuring forget the whale and MisterTickle Hands. This Wednesday catch the locals Brendan Miele and cool brown and special guests. Music starts at 6 p.m. and ends at 9 p.m.
Every Wednesday this summer, Groove on Grove returns to the Grove Street PATH Plaza with free live music in the center of historic downtown Jersey City. To consult the programming each week, follow Facebook.

Vendors at the Artists and Creators Market
the Market for artists and creators will run simultaneously with Groove on Grove and feature the best of the best local artists and makers. On Wednesdays, kiosks open at 3:00 p.m. and you can shop ’til you drop — or until 9:00 p.m., when everything closes at the Grove Street PATH Plaza. On Saturday, the Artist & Maker Market is open from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. Here is a small sample of some of the vendors in which it is planned to participate:
